Meridian was founded by three former managing directors who believed consulting had drifted away from real outcomes. The firm started with a single principle — every engagement should leave the client measurably stronger. That principle still shapes how we hire, how we organize, and how we measure our own success. Today we operate from twelve global hubs, serve clients in over forty countries, and remain entirely partner-owned.
